Digitale integraties maken onderdeel uit van ketens waarbinnen applicaties gegevens uitwisselen, zorgen voor de uitwisseling van gegevens tussen legacy en cloud applicaties en worden steeds vaker een belangrijk onderdeel van de totale ICT-strategie.   Dit zien we vooral waar organisaties besloten hebben om data zoveel mogelijk op te halen bij de bron en/of “open data” als speerpunt in hun strategie hebben opgenomen.
